Learning Management Systems

Whether you’re training staff, teaching customers or selling courses, a learning management system puts your training online in one place. Learners log in, work through lessons at their own pace and pick up where they left off, and you can see who has completed what.

InfaCloud builds e-learning platforms and learning management systems on your own website, in your branding, so you’re not paying per learner to a big course platform. Courses can include video, text, downloads, quizzes and certificates, and can be free, paid or part of a membership.

How We Build E-Learning Platforms

We start with your learners and your content: who’s taking the courses, how they’ll pay or get access, and what you already have, such as videos, slides or documents. Then we plan the course structure and what learners see when they log in.

We set up the platform, design it to match your brand, add your first courses and test the whole journey from enrolling to getting a certificate. Then we show you how to add new lessons yourself.

Courses, Progress Tracking And Certificates

Lessons can be videos, text, audio or downloads, grouped into modules, with quizzes to check understanding before a learner moves on. Progress is saved automatically, and certificates can be issued when a course is completed.

You can sell courses one at a time, include them in a subscription or give staff and members free access. Reports show enrolments, progress and completion, so you know who needs a nudge.

Why Businesses Choose InfaCloud For E-Learning

We build learning platforms around the way you teach, not around the limits of a course platform. You own the platform and the learner data, and there are no per-learner fees as you grow.

We built The Scruffy Trader‘s online course, 53 video modules with progress tracking, sold alongside 1-2-1 bookings and downloads.

We’ve also built a white label e-learning platform for an agency client to run under their own brand. See more of the custom systems we build.

E-Learning Platform Questions

Thinking about putting your training or courses online? These are the questions we get asked most.

Yes. Courses can be sold one at a time, as bundles or as part of a subscription, with card payments through Stripe. The Scruffy Trader sells its video course this way. You can also offer discount codes, bundles and payment plans for more expensive courses.

Usually on a video service such as Vimeo, then shown inside your lessons with privacy settings, so they only play on your platform. That keeps the site fast and the videos protected.

Yes. You can add staff accounts, assign courses and see who has finished their training, which is handy for inductions and compliance. You can also add staff in groups, by team or by site, and send reminders to anyone who hasn’t finished.

Yes. We’ve built an e-learning platform for an agency client to run under their own brand. If you’re an agency or training company, we can build platforms for your clients with no InfaCloud branding.

Yes. Certificates can be created automatically when a learner completes a course or passes a quiz, with their name and the date. Certificates use your branding, can be downloaded straight away and are kept on the learner’s account in case they need them again.

Usually, yes. We can move your lessons, videos and learners from platforms like Teachable, Thinkific or Kajabi, and set up redirects so your old links still work. We’ll plan the move with you so learners keep their progress, and there’s no gap where your courses are offline.
