Membership & Login Areas
Clubs, charities, associations and professional bodies all have the same problem: some things are for members only. Resources, videos, forums, event bookings and renewals end up spread across email, spreadsheets and shared folders, and keeping track of who has paid takes up far too much time.
InfaCloud builds membership websites and private login areas that bring it all together. Members join and pay online, log in to see the content meant for them and renew automatically, and you can see every member, their plan and their payments in one place.

How We Build Membership Websites
We start with your members: the different types you have, what each one pays and what each one should see. That becomes the plan for the membership levels and the content behind each login.
Then we design the public site and the members area, set up joining, payments and renewals, move your existing members over if you have them, and test every type of account before launch.

Our promise: If you are not 100% satisfied with your hosting package, we will refund your payment.
Member Types, Private Content And Renewals
Each type of member can see different content: videos, documents, news, events and forums. Resources can be tagged by topic and audience, so members find what’s relevant to them, and new content can be emailed to the right group.
Members can pay by card or Direct Debit, renew automatically and update their own details. You can see who’s joined, who’s due to renew and who’s lapsed, and send reminders without chasing anyone by hand.
Why Organisations Choose InfaCloud
We build membership sites around how your organisation actually works, not a template with a login bolted on. Where a plugin does the job well, we use it. Where it doesn’t, we write the code.
We built the website for The FED Foundation, a project of The Feeding Trust charity in Birmingham. Behind the login, parents and carers, healthcare professionals, and schools each get their own library of expert videos, documents and forums.
Paid memberships are taken by Direct Debit through GoCardless and recorded against each member automatically. Selling paid content rather than running an organisation? See subscription platforms.

Membership Website Questions
(01) Can Members Pay By Direct Debit?
Yes. We set up Direct Debit through GoCardless for The FED Foundation’s yearly memberships, with each payment recorded against the member automatically. Card payments through Stripe are available too.
(02) Can Different Members See Different Content?
Yes. Each membership level can have its own content, and resources can be tagged by audience so each member sees what’s meant for them. For example, The FED Foundation shows different videos and documents to parents, healthcare professionals and schools, all from the same library.
(03) Can You Move My Existing Members Over?
Yes. We can import your current members from a spreadsheet or another system and send them a welcome email to set their password. Their membership level, renewal date and payment history come across with them, so nobody has to join again from scratch.
(04) Can We Add A Forum?
Yes. Members-only forums let members ask questions and share ideas, with moderation tools for your admins. Forums can be open to every member or kept for one membership level, and members can get an email when someone replies.
(05) Is It Suitable For Charities?
Yes. The FED Foundation is a charity project. We can add donations alongside memberships and keep running costs low. Charities often need gift aid on donations and simple reports for trustees, and we can build both into the site.
(06) Can Members Manage Their Own Details?
Yes. Members can update their details, change their membership, see their payments and download receipts from their account. That means fewer emails to you, and members always have their receipts and renewal dates to hand when they need them.
