Website Design For Printers

Print Websites That Take Orders And Artwork

Print is one of the hardest things to sell online. Every job has a size, a paper, a finish, a quantity and a turnaround, and the price changes with each one. A normal shop template can’t cope, so most printers end up with a price list nobody reads and a contact form that turns every order into a string of emails.

We know the problem first hand. Our sister company, Bumble Print in Peterlee, is a print shop, and we built its website to price thousands of print options automatically. InfaCloud designs websites for printers, sign makers and print resellers that let customers build their order, see the real price, upload their artwork and pay online.

How A Project Works, Step By Step

We start with how you price work now: your own presses, trade suppliers or both, your mark-ups and your turnaround times. That decides how the product builder works, and whether prices come from your own price tables or live from your trade supplier.

Then we design the shop, build the product pages and builder, set up artwork upload and payments, and test real orders from start to finish before launch. After launch we host and look after the site, and change prices or products whenever you need.

Everything Your Website Needs, In One Place

Customers choose the size, sides, paper, finish and quantity, and the price updates as they go. Options that can’t be printed together are hidden automatically, so nobody orders something impossible. Prices can come from your own tables or straight from your trade suppliers, with your mark-up, VAT and card fees added for you.

At checkout customers upload their artwork, or design it there and then: Bumble Print has a Design In Canva option built into its product pages. Orders arrive with the full specification and the files attached, ready for production.

Why Printers Choose InfaCloud

Because we run a print website ourselves, we know where print orders go wrong: wrong sizes, missing bleed, artwork sent by email days later and prices that are out of date. We build the site to stop those problems before they reach you.

We built Bumble Print, our sister company’s online print shop in Peterlee, and Plus Printing, which sells banners, signs and stage backdrops.

Bumble Print pulls live prices from its trade suppliers and adds its own mark-up automatically. Both shops let the owner add products and see orders from one dashboard. You can see more in our portfolio.

Print Website Questions

Thinking about selling print online? These are the questions printers ask us most.

Often, yes. Bumble Print’s product builder talks to its trade suppliers through a custom-made connection, pulls the real cost of each job and adds the shop’s own mark-up. It depends on what your supplier offers, so we check that first.

Yes. Customers upload their files while they order, and the files are attached to the order so nothing gets lost in email. You can also offer a design service or an online design tool for customers without artwork.

Yes. Banners, signs, stickers and labels can be priced by size, so customers enter their width and height and get a price straight away. You set the price per square metre, minimum sizes and any set-up charges, and the builder does the sums for every order.

Yes. Trade customers can have their own accounts with their own prices, which they see as soon as they log in. You can set trade prices by customer, by group or as a percentage off, so regular resellers always see the right figure without asking.

Yes. We can move your current products, categories and customers to the new site, and redirect your old pages so you keep the rankings you already have. We’ll go through your best-selling products with you first, so the ones that bring in most of your orders are moved and checked before anything else.

We don’t print ourselves, but our sister company Bumble Print in Peterlee does. That’s why we know how print orders work behind the scenes, from artwork checks to delivery.
