We designed a new Elementor and WooCommerce store, then built a custom-coded product builder for it. Customers pick their size, sides, paper, finish and quantity, and every option is priced live: the builder talks to Bumble Print’s trade suppliers through a custom-made API, pulls the real cost for that exact combination and works out the selling price with Bumble Print’s own mark-up, VAT and card fees. Options that can’t be printed together are hidden automatically, so customers can’t order something impossible. The shop owner can change the mark-up for the whole store from one screen.
Customers can upload their artwork now, upload it later, or hire Bumble Print’s designers. We also built a Design In Canva integration using Canva’s Connect API: it opens a Canva design at the exact print size with 3mm bleed and a safe-area guide already added, then brings the finished design straight back to the product page as a print-ready PDF, and it won’t accept the design until the guide has been removed.
Around that we added a Quick Payment page for invoices, secure checkout with Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and Klarna, a launch discount code, and free delivery over £100. We also wrote unique descriptions and SEO titles for every product, and redirected every old URL so the shop kept its Google rankings.
