The Project
A beauty, piercing and massage clinic in Liskeard needed a new look without losing a single booking from its online booking system.
Botanic Aesthetics is a beauty, piercing and massage clinic at Russell House in Liskeard, Cornwall, run by Kae. The business had grown into a new treatment room and piercing studio, and the old website no longer reflected the quality of the clinic.
The site already took bookings and payments online, so the new design had to go live without losing a single appointment, customer or setting.
We designed a new look around the colours of the Botanic Aesthetics logo: deep navy, warm gold and soft cream, with elegant serif headings and botanical details. Every treatment has its own card, the piercing studio has its own section, and Kae introduces the clinic in her own words.
The existing booking system was restyled to match and now opens in a popup from every Book button, so clients never leave the page to book. We moved the new design onto the live site while keeping every existing booking, customer and payment setting exactly as it was, and redirected the old page addresses to the new pages.
Botanic Aesthetics relaunched in October 2026 with a website that looks as calm and considered as the clinic itself, and makes booking a treatment a couple of taps from anywhere on the site.
The website is hosted and looked after by InfaCloud.
