The Project
We designed Musical Theatre Musings' first website in 2015. With close to a thousand reviews later, it was time for a redesign that makes that huge archive a pleasure to browse.
Musical Theatre Musings is a popular stagey blog covering musicals, plays, dance, amateur theatre, the West End and the fringe, plus London guides and things to do.
InfaCloud designed the original website in 2015. By 2026 the blog had grown to nearly a thousand articles, so it needed a redesign that made all that content easy to find while keeping the latest reviews front and centre.
We designed a rich, theatrical look with deep purples and gold stars, with the latest featured review in a large hero slot. Recent reviews, amateur theatre, things to do and personal musings each get their own section.
There's a newsletter sign-up (Never Miss A Review) and an Invite Me To Review page for producers and theatres.
The redesigned site launched in January 2026 and is home to 984 published articles, organised so readers can dive into the latest reviews or explore the archive. InfaCloud hosts it and keeps it running smoothly.
